Martin Hall argues for giving information away

Professor Martin Hall, a member of the EOS Board, gave a plenary keynote presentation at JISC's 'Future of Research' conference in London last week. He argued that universities can gain more by giving away information  and by adding value to it than by adhering to the tradiational model of selling access to it.
